For Salesforce development and implementation CloudtoShare uses the 4D model consisting of 4 phases Discovery, Design, Develop and Deploy. For more complex projects and/or organizations, the phases are further broken down where this is important.

This KANBAN method is easy to apply in any organization. The strength lies in visualization and transparency. We work with the software development tool Jira, whereby team members are connected to each other in real time. You do not have to wait until the next meeting, you can continue work immediately because you are connected 24-7 with your team members.
SCRUM
We monitor projects with key stakeholders as agreed. We work with multidisciplinary Scrum teams with the participation of client and user. With Sprints we stay briefly on the ball with regular Sprint Reviews. Every time we look together if we are still on the right track. We improve and use insights from everyday practice. Danfoss
Danfoss is a global engineering company with their headquarter based in Denmark. CloudtoShare has provided Agile coaching, project management and development services. The project involved the replacement of several legacy Salesforce and Siebel CRM solutions with one Salesforce Sales Cloud & Salesforce CPQ solution. The global Salesforce template was designed in collaboration with the Power Solutions, Climate Solutions, and Drives business segments. The pilot project was carried out at Danfoss Power Solutions in Italy, Spain and Portugal.
